TESCO Properties, Inc. is an ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION® (AMO®) as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). We provide a complete range of management services to multi-family communities across the country. We establish effective rental rates, handle collections, set budgets, analyze income and expenses, and coordinate financial obligations. We also make recommendations for property improvements, supervise repairs and maintenance, and establish property operating policies. We also have expertise overseeing and managing under-performing assets. Our significant experience with for-profit and non-profit developments, as well as government-sponsored entities, brings added value to our clients.
