Steve Sisson, Vice President of Development

Vice President of Development for the TESCO organization, Steve Sisson received his Bachelors degree, with a major in finance/economics, from David Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Steve is responsible for all acquisition and development activities of the TESCO organization, as well as the coordination and implementation of financing strategies for existing portfolio properties.  In addition, he is responsible for all construction and renovation activities related to the properties developed by TESCO.  Steve also supervises selected apartment communities within the TESCO organization.

Steve holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (“CCIM”), Certified Property Manager designation (“CPM”), Certified Occupancy Specialist designation (“COS”), and Certified Manager of Maintenance designation (“CMM”).  In addition, Steve maintains a Tennessee affiliate broker’s real estate license and a Tennessee contractor’s license.
