Larry Sisson, Vice President
of Management
Larry Sisson is the Vice President of management
for TESCO Properties, Inc. Mr.
Sisson received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration, with a
major in accounting, from David Lipscomb University in Nashville,
Tennessee. He received his
Juris Doctorate degree from the School of Law at the University of
Memphis, and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Larry heads the management operations for TESCO, directly
supervising the Regional Managers. He
is also the coordinator for selected apartment complexes, as well as
coordinator of major renovations.
Larry serves on the board of the Southeastern
Affordable Housing Manager’s Association (SAHMA) and currently holds the
position of Past President of the organization. He is also a member of the executive counsel of National
Affordable Housing Manager’s Association (NAHMA). Larry holds the Certified Property Manager designation (CPM),
National Affordable Housing Professional Executive Level (NAHP-e)
designation, Certified Occupancy Specialist designation (COS) and Housing
Credit Certified Professional designation (HCCP). Mr. Sisson is a national instructor certified to teach NAHMA’s
Fair Housing Compliance course.
